Twitter and its Discontents


Twitter's woes continue, and it's getting ugly: "A business that blames its best users is one that's in trouble. Serious trouble."

Critics who say Scoble is being overly-sensitive about a dry technology point are missing the big picture, which is that Twitter is past the point of excuses and into the world of accountability.

Twitter has a great concept with all kinds of potential value for enterprise users. But as we said before, "Other vendors, and even purpose-built enterprise systems, could fill the gap if [parent company] Obvious doesn't get its act together."
