Epic Fail, or Business As Usual?


Stock market and regulatory officials were clued into electronic trading glitches last week when stocks and exchange-traded funds "changed hands [...] at bizarre prices. Some were more than double their closing levels Thursday; some were at unnaturally low prices, such as one penny."

I'm guessing it was the doubling of prices that really caught their eyes, as unnaturally low prices have become rather commonplace of late (just check your 401k).
