I've criticized the Web 1.0 presentation of the Elizabeth Dole site in my home state of North Carolina, but she's way ahead of these folks.

One knock on the Dole site is that it lacks a calendar of campaign events. For a candidate who may be vulnerable on her lack of in-state engagement, that seems like a strategic mistake; her opponent, Kay Hagan, uses her own site to emphasize her visibility across NC.
