Slogans always motivate me. NOT! What the author missed in all of the examples cited was that the slogan *followed* the establishment of an organizational mission or vision, and the slogan was designed to support and remind people of that mission/vision. PLEASE! Do *not* create a slogan! Establish a stable and consistent mission or vision for the organization. Make sure that mission/vision does not change with the winds of the day. Get really serious about it and support it with resources, time, and money. And *one* of the ways to support your mission/vision is with a well-chosen slogan. The slogan does *not* come first. ask
