Political organizing on Facebook, Nile style: "Facebook [...] is one of the latest tools for political dissent in Egypt. Activists using Facebook spearheaded a call for a day of nationwide strikes Sunday to protest price increases."

Some familiar themes, including the use of online tools to motivate offline action, the integration of online tools into familiar political machinery, and the activities of governments to suppress internet access.
